 DESIGN REVIEW TEAM

The Design Review Team is a temporary advisory/study committee established by the Board of Selectmen to review and report on:  the structure and operation of design review boards in other municipalities; use of design review standards by zoning authority in other municipalities; standards & guidelines that have been implemented in other municipalities; and make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen as to whether the Town should establish design standards, and if so, the appropriate administrative structure for reviews of the design standards within the constraints of existing zoning review time lines.
